Tip #1 - Arrive On Time
We know it’s hard to find time in the day for yourself, so we want you to make the most of your appointment by arriving on time or early. Arriving late can cut into your appointment time and may prevent us from providing our usual high level of service.
Plus, if you arrive early, you can use our complimentary lash cleansing station—because who doesn't love extra clean lashes?
Tip #2 - Caffeine and Phone Use
We understand how important your cup of coffee can be to your daily routine, but caffeine should be avoided before a lash appointment. Caffeine can lead to increased heart rate and blood pressure, which can make it difficult to keep still and keep the eyes closed for an extended period of time.
We also ask that phones be kept in silent mode while having extensions applied so that we can give our full attention to giving you those beautiful lashes! For your safety and most comfortable experience, you should never open your eyes during your lash extension appointment.
Tip #3 - No Kiddos Allowed, Please
This is YOUR time! Take this opportunity for some “me-time” and leave the kiddos at home with a family member or friend. A child-free environment allows us to provide high-quality service without interruption and gives you some much needed relaxation and pampering!
Tip #4 - Bring Your Air Pods
The perfect way to relax during your appointment? Listening to your favorite book or podcast with noise cancelling air pods! You'll be able to fully immerse yourself in a new world (or just catch up on the latest gossip) while getting gorgeous new lashes. And don't forget—lash naps are always encouraged!
Tip #5 - But what if...
We understand things come up, so if you need to reschedule your appointment please give us as much notice as possible. Last-minute cancellations and no shows can affect our schedule significantly and we want to make sure everyone who visits us has the best experience possible. Occasionally, our schedules do allow for us to make special accommodations for unforeseen child care issues or last minute changes. Reach out to us as soon as possible so we can try to work out a resolution together!
