Team Leader
EBM Lash Bar is seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our team!
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional experiences and our team is supported and empowered to reach their goals.

Your main tasks will include managing client experiences, guiding and mentoring our Lash Artists, implementing systems and processes, managing inventory, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. You will have a keen eye for detail, and will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and professional work environment.

You have excellent organizational skills, and are able to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
